NewDeas operates with zero non-essential tracking cookies and zero third-party analytical cookies. We fully support and honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal transmitted by compatible browser agents.

We retain lead details for as long as necessary to evaluate the business partnership. If no contract or commercial relationship is established, we will purge your contact data from our active databases (Cloudflare D1) within twelve (12) months, unless requested otherwise.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We utilize secure hosting and database services (Cloudflare) to store and process inquiries. Email notifications are dispatched using verified infrastructure. All providers are contractually bound under Data Processing Agreements (DPA) to safeguard your data.
